★★Fei Guol had low expectations of this facility and it still disappointed me. The class is simply too big and the coach doesn't have enough time to give instructions to the kids. And how do you expect your kids to get interested in gymnastics if they can only do it for 40 mins every week in this facility? I am amazed to see how these more advanced players in this facility and wondering how they made it. Did they train here when they were young?

From level 4 to level 9, competitive gymnastics became part of their lives helping them shape not only their physical strength but also taught them discipline, leadership and self worth. Their coaches trained them well enough to win lots of awards in NorCal competitions. Thanks to their training at Pacific West, even in high school, both became MVAL champions too. The gym retains its original design but constant upgrades are foremost to give the gymnast the best training environment. The gym is always clean and welcoming to all. Generally, an all girls gym but younger age boys are included in some classes too. We are proud to be part of Pacific West gymnastics community.
