Found out about the gym at our kids friends birthday party, it's been 5 months now our two kids have been attending open gym and camp, couldn't be more satisfied. Super easy communication and kids love Paloma and the staff. See you guys for summer camp!

We enrolled both of our kids here and had a disappointing experience. One day we were suddenly told that our 3-year-old was basically on a two-week notice — if his behavior didn’t improve, we might have to leave the class. What was frustrating is that this conversation happened right after the monthly charge had already gone through, and when I said we would step away (what would expect a mom do when she’s told her kid doesn’t fit into a program?), they told me they could not refund the three remaining classes. They offered that I could come onto the floor to stay with my child, but also made it clear that this wouldn’t be a long-term solution and that we might still have to leave if things don’t improve. Do you know how to make a toddler follow instructions in 2 weeks? For a program that accepts 3-year-olds, it was surprising how little patience there seemed to be for normal toddler behavior. What stood out the most was the lack of sensitivity and the way this was delivered completely out of the blue, catching us off guard. It wasn’t like we had been receiving ongoing warnings or support before that conversation. We are keeping our older child enrolled mainly because of the friends who go there, but we honestly haven’t seen much progress with her for quite some time either. Overall, the experience gave the impression that they are not very experienced with more challenging kids and are more focused on policies and payments than working with families. Also super young staff that doesn’t know how to deliver such sensitive notices to parents. Do better or go have a kid on your own before putting toddlers on notices and asking to “work” with them at home. Know your customer.

I Flip Gymnastics is a great place for kids! The coaches like Nate, Jocelyn, and the rest of the team are amazing—very patient, kind, and supportive with the kids. They create a positive environment where children can learn and feel confident. 💪🏻🫶🏻😍👏🏻🥇🤸🏻🤸🏽‍♀️ The camps are also great and very well organized. My child always has so much fun and looks forward to going back! I definitely recommend Iflip Gymnastics to other families.

Siavash!! I JUST found out that you are the owner of I-Flip. I’m truly thrilled that you’ve opened such an incredible space for gymnastics, and I’m so proud of you. As your middle school teacher, I remember you as a persistent and conscientious student, so your success does not surprise me at all. That said, I’m very disappointed by my granddaughter’s recent experience. She was consistently being sent out of class, and it should not have taken a six-year-old to bring that to her parents’ attention. Clear and timely communication with parents is essential. When my daughter emailed for answers, Coach Haleigh finally spoke with us about the concerns. However, by that point, decisions were already being made about moving students up on the competitive team. Coach Riley should have communicated much sooner! To make matters more confusing, we received a message stating that my granddaughter had advanced to the next level, only for that decision to be reversed days later. This kind of inconsistent, messy communication could and should be avoided. While it is too late to change the outcome for my family, I sincerely hope improvements are made for ongoing, clear, and effective communication with families. I do appreciate the business aspect of support and the speedy refund. Wishing you continued success! ~Ms. Gray

My child trained at iFlip Gymnastics for over two years, and it was extremely disappointing to see how unprofessional and poorly run the program truly is. The coaching staff lacks professionalism and basic communication skills. Parents are rarely informed about their child’s progress, struggles, or goals. Instead, I constantly had to hear about problems from my child first and then chase down coaches just to get answers. Communication should come from the staff — not the child. This lack of guidance and transparency caused unnecessary setbacks and frustration for my athlete. Favoritism is very obvious. Certain athletes clearly get special treatment, extra attention, and encouragement, while others are overlooked or singled out. My daughter was often made to feel picked on, which damaged her confidence and enjoyment of the sport. No child should feel targeted or less valued on a team. Coaches also spoke to athletes in a harsh, sometimes hostile tone, which is completely inappropriate and not how you motivate or teach kids. The overall environment is just as disappointing. Many of the parents are snobby and overly competitive, creating a toxic atmosphere instead of a supportive team culture. It often felt more like politics and cliques than a healthy sports environment. Some parents seem more focused on pushing other kids out if their child isn’t “the best,” which is the exact opposite of what teamwork and youth sports should be about. After two years of commitment, we expected professionalism, support, and positive coaching. Instead, we experienced poor communication, favoritism, and a negative culture. I would not recommend this gym to families looking for a healthy, encouraging, team-focused environment for their child.
