★★★Yuhan HuI attended the Thursday night K-pop class and it was an absolutely great experience. Anthony’s teaching was clear, engaging, and very motivating—I genuinely enjoyed the class and even recommended it to several friends. Unfortunately, I had to stop attending due to personal reasons and travel. What has been disappointing, though, is the complete lack of communication from the studio afterward. I reached out multiple times—two messages, one email, and several phone calls (including voicemails)—to ask about canceling my classes, but received no response at all. Despite this, I was still sent an automatic invoice after I had already left the area for traveling. This experience felt frustrating and honestly quite discouraging, especially given how positive my initial impression of the studio was. I’m not sure if this is their standard process, but the way past members are handled feels unsettling and has unfortunately changed my perception of the studio.
