Ivybrook Academy Fort Mill is a half-day private preschool that runs a themed preschool summer camp for children ages 18 months to 6 years. Camp meets Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., with hands-on themed activities and children grouped into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The school's approach draws on the Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and camp staff are its own classroom teachers who meet South Carolina camp training requirements.

The teachers are warm and seem to genuinely love teaching and the administrators are the same! I have seen how they get to know each child, and treat them as a human with individual interests and needs. It's a beautful thing to see! I feel like my child is safe at Ivybrook, and he is learning so much. I was thrilled to find out that they offer a half day kindergarten program, as that seems to be rare now. We'll stay with Ivybrook as long as we can!
