My child absolutely LOVED iGen Academy for winter and spring breaks, as well as one week during summer camp. Everyday he came home excited to tell me about the things he made and built. He enjoyed meeting new friends, and loved the teachers who were there. The camps were affordable, the leaders were responsive, and I really appreciated the guidance about what to expect before and during the camp experience. I highly recommend this camp for anyone looking for an excellent learning environment, where your child will be nurtured and inspired to love STEAM activities.

My son attended Out-of-School camp during DCPS’s spring break and had a blast each day. Not only did he tell me as much, he would come home physically exhausted and thoroughly stimulated. Since he loves to build and create, experiment and analyze, he loved the overall structure of the camp and how he got to use cool tech items/gadgets to play around with. I recommend this camp during the summer and out of school days for kids of elementary school age. I appreciate the staff and their flexibility as well as how understanding they were when it came to days when I had to work late. My son looked forward to seeing his camp counselors each day and even once asked if he could send a text to tell them about how much fun he had on a particular day. Thanks to iGen Educational Academy for a fun week!

My son came home after his first day at camp raving about how much fun he’d had. Later that week he brought home a makeshift car he’d made and another time a qtip launcher made out of popsicle sticks. Every time he’s out of school and we tell him he gets to go to STEM camp he is thrilled. LaKeyia does a great job engaging and stimulating the kids while also giving them time to just play and be kids. We are so glad we found this out of school/ summer camp option!
