Science Camps in District of Columbia

Science leans toward the school year, though summer is well represented. Nationally, about a third of published science sessions are camps and the rest are weekly classes. Starts peak in September, but June and July together account for about a fifth of them.

Nationally, weekly rates sit around $450 in the middle, toward the top of the range for children’s programs, and most programs take children from about 5 to 12. A lot of science overlaps with STEM and coding, so both are worth a look.
