Powered by GoogleThis is a practice training gym. My son and his team have been practicing here for a few months now. I absolutely love the space where two teams can practice at once. They even have space for the parents to sit down and watch.
Coach Brandon is consistent where every practice is structured to what YOUR athlete needs, and expects them to be consistent and won’t accept low effort, lazy form or movement, etc. He is smart and builds IQ through talking and making sure you understand the why, the when and how. It has been a joy to watch, in real time, the growth of my athlete from fundamentals and beyond especially her thinking and confidence and of course skill level.
I've been very impressed with the training sessions for my ten year old son with Coach Josh. He challenges my son with position specific drills and skills development. The sessions are focused and Coach Josh pays attention to detail. He is teaching my son that hard work will bring results and confidence, while keeping it positive.
Two of my sons have trained with Brandon and his team of coaches. Brandon’s attention to detail and ability to get the most out of the players is hard to come by. My oldest son had just started playing basketball and could not dribble between his legs but staying dedicated and working with Brandon he made his school team the very next year.
