Great place to unwind and take care of yourself. I will say, how extremely outdated the maintenance has been. The showers are rusted over, the hot tub is literally crumbling away and molding away. Nothing has been updated since they opened their doors 20 + years ago.

I really like this gym! I go here to relax and de-stress as it is my happy place. Super clean and friendly staff what is not to like. The classes have me burning so many calories I can eat anything I want! Equipment is very nice they have everything you need to get a good workout. Oh the sauna and steam room top notch. Hoops, rock wall, pool, hot tub, towel service this gym has it all Kyle

Half the “smart” equipment doesn’t work, the weight room recently got a minor upgrade but most of the equipment is old, and the policies at this club are draconian and inflexible. I put my membership on hold for three months while I train a new pup with separation anxiety because there was no way I’m making it in until she’s trained up, and because I was a day late in a month where I never signed in, I was told there was simply nothing that could be done. So I got charged for a month I couldn’t use, even after speaking with someone at the club. Given how inflexible they are, I asked to just cancel my membership and eat the month charge, but wait! Although they don’t charge on the calendar month they do require you to cancel a full calendar month ahead of time, and again I guess the entire system is fully automated because sadly no one there can use a computer. Never mind my membership was supposedly on hold in the first place. Run, don’t walk, away from this club. They’re still stuck in the early 00’s, unable and unwilling to evolve. Even though I supposedly successfully put my account on hold, I still have to pay them for one more month because they hold their clients to a different schedule than they hold their software to. Wild that they’re nickel and diming like they do, because they definitely aren’t putting that $$$ into the equipment so, who knows where it’s going? Never again, and if there was an option for less than one star I’d take it. And if you’re thinking you’ll just go month to month, that’s what I did. This wasn’t even a term contract situation.

This is a very large gym with comprehensive classes, equipment, and services for all kinds of activities. It feels like a gym and also a playground with the running track, court, rock climbing wall, multiple swimming pools, and outdoor seating areas. The gym also has dry sauna, steam room and an outdoor heated spa. The instructors are awesome. I took personal training sessions from Ty, and barre lessons from Dahui, who both are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I have had a great experience at this gym.

I was a member here with my dad in high school/college and joined again with my kids right after Covid. Love this gym so much. It’s such a friendly place with all the amenities we need, including childcare with the most wonderful staff. I love the kids’ activities on the holidays too! And always having the pool to go. I go 3x/week and it’s basically my happy place for alone time and my workout. They have a good range of equipment and enough of it.
