Hanna Venture Base is a Scouts BSA and Venturing high-adventure base at the Crystal Lake Scout Reservation near Rhinelander, run by the Samoset Council since 2000. It offers week-long wilderness treks (to destinations like the Apostle Islands and Porcupine Mountains) for older Scouts and Venturers, with instruction in Leave No Trace, GPS and map-and-compass navigation, first aid, trail cooking, and climbing on indoor and 60-foot outdoor towers.
