Camp Menominee is a traditional boys-only overnight camp near Eagle River on over 65 acres along a 600-acre sand-bottom lake. It serves boys ages 7-16 in 2-, 4-, and 8-week sessions with a wide range of instructional activities including basketball, football, baseball, soccer, tennis, golf, swimming, sailing, waterfront sports, wrestling, musical theater, and wilderness adventure.

My son was unsure of himself and nervous when we started going but as he has matured he is way more secure in himself and getting very gritty. Camp has for sure helped him with both these traits. Is this camp for everyone? No but that would be impossible. Is it most boys yes. With help of Jason and the staff at Menomonie I can for for sure say my son has found the strength to try new things and keep trying things he enjoys but isn't good at yet. Father/Son camp is a blast and a great way to try out camp. Don't miss it.
