I am writing to express my disappointment with the toddler gymnastics program. Grouping 3- and 4-year-olds together is developmentally inappropriate, as their ability to follow multi-step verbal directions varies significantly. Despite sharing that my daughter has a sensory processing disorder and needs step-by-step physical guidance, these accommodations were ignored. During the last class, she became distressed and cried because she was repeatedly told 'no' rather than being redirected with clear, accessible instructions. To be more specific: during all her classes, my daughter spent a significant amount of time standing around on her own. To be more specific, I’ll highlight my frustration with her last class. The class is structured with stations, yet for two of those rotations, the coach ignored her completely, and she didn't complete a single activity. I expected the coach to guide her, but instead, she was treated as if she wasn't there. At one point, after being ignored for 10 minutes, she was on the rings yelling 'look at me' just to get some attention, yet the coach still didn't acknowledge her. It was heartbreaking and frustrating to watch her be sidelined this way. Rather than providing the necessary support, the coach approached me during the second class to ask why my daughter "wasn't listening." It was clear she was simply disengaged because the instruction wasn't accessible to her. It’s heartbreaking to see her excitement for gymnastics dampened by a lack of inclusive teaching. I hope you’ll reconsider your coaching approach for this age group.

I enjoy bringing my daughter to this gym class, and the instructors are kind and good with the kids. However, the air circulation inside the gym really needs improvement. There is very little fresh air, and the space often has an unpleasant smell, which makes it uncomfortable for both children and parents who are waiting. I hope the management can address the ventilation issue because the program itself is great, and the kids deserve a cleaner and fresher environment.

The ABSOLUTE best place to have a birthday. They have the best setup for the kids to free play in the gym and the employees help all the kids and make it a safe and FUN experience. They also are sooooo helpful with the party activities and coordinating the chaos. Hands down the BEST place to have a party and we will be returning for our youngest’s birthday and future birthday parties!!

What an amazing place!! My five-year-old does ninja classes here as well as we had his amazing five-year-old birthday party! The staff is incredible! Very attentive, active and energetic for the kids! Everyone had an amazing time! Highly recommend this place, not only for your kiddo to do a fun after school activity, but also to come and have their birthday party here!

We have been taking our 1 year old and 3 year old to open gym Fridays for about 6months now. Coach Cassidy and Coach Mike have always been so welcoming. It’s amazing to see how exploring and trying so many different things has helped grow their confidence and courage. It’s an amazing controlled environment to help surpass the limitations of fear! Thank you guys!
