★Leo K.Gym East Issaquah has zero management, terrible front desk who doesn't know how to answer questions about anything, and staffing issues (coach no-shows). There are a couple good coaches who are actually enthusiastic with the kids, the others I've seen look like they don't want to be there. I don't recommend this place to others.
★Ahmed HamadaMy wife had a disappointing experience with this gymnastics center. They initially agreed to specific terms, took the payment, but later failed to honor the agreement. When she requested a refund due to their failure to deliver, they initially agreed to refund but later refused to refund. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would caution others to get everything in writing and proceed carefully before committing.
★Kedar KarnikWe had our daughter enrolled in a late evening class (mini flips). I was absolutely unimpressed by the coach. They stood in a corner (read far with hands in pocket) and only gave oral instructions. I never saw them spotting, helping, or showing the kids on how things are done. I have never seen any sport being taught that way. We moved from another city where the coaches were hands-on and always guiding, showing, and teaching the movements. I am not sure if all coaches are the same but our experience with this particular coach wasn’t pleasant at all and we did not see any improvement in our child.
