Teachers are young and lack experience. Older daughter was sent to time out because she was distracted during the class watching big girls doing flips. Many classes happening at the same time, so I wonder how a 6yo would never be distracted by the teen classes doing flips and incredible movements by her side. Youngest daughter got a time out for falling on a classmate by accident.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. This business ( not the brand but this particular location ) only survives because there are no other options nearby. Be extremely careful with their autopay system, as I was repeatedly overcharged ( They did refund, but after questioning the charges). To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly difficult to communicate with, especially the front desk attendees. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this particular location.

Took all my nieces here, and God children. Real nice place, lots of space. Friendly staff and very helpful with the children. Reasonable pricing. Award show at the end was so adorable. The staff really worked hard with the kids.

This place knowingly takes advantage of being one of the only places in town that has gymnastics. The staff don't seem to care if you attend or not. We made a mistake signing up the first time and then the staff very rudely said there are no refunds, even though we had not even attended our first class and there was a waitlist for the spot we wanted to give up. One time her dad drove her 45 minutes to get to the class, and they rejected her because her shirt was a little too short and she cried in the lobby. They did not even offer to sell us one of the leotards on sale in their store because none of their sales staff were available. Later the owner wrote and apologized for that outfit rejection and we were given a "free" makeup class on a Saturday, a $10 value for a $25 missed class? When she got the flu during that makeup class and missed another makeup class due to still not being fully recovered from the flu, we tried to move the scheduled makeups and were told (a) you have to tell them two days in advance if you want to reschedule (ha, ha! predict the flu!), and later (b) no reschedules are even allowed, makeups are just lost. But you can pay to sign up for the same makeup class. This company behaves like they can treat you however they want because they always have a waitlist. It's a company that is lacking in kindness, compassion, or joy. If you can drive to Canton and go to Splitz gymnastics, you should do that instead. We will pray for them over the holidays and then consider whether we want to stay on the waitlist or join a swim team. The kids love gymnastics, so if you can get them perfectly in on the mat without interacting with anyone you might feel it was worth it, as long as you don't have any real needs as a human being.

Our son started in the toddler program around 3yo. It was a great place for his energy and wall climbing. He’s now 15yo and competing level 8 on the Boy’s Team with Coach Kurtis and we all love Gym America! There is so much emphasis put on the whole person, not just the athlete. The boys have struggled together and been successful together. It’s so much more than just another Gym. Coach K and GA are part of our family.
