Michigan Academy of Gymnastics runs full-day summer camps at its Southeast Michigan locations for children from kindergarten through 8th grade, held 9:00am-4:00pm (drop-off 8:50am) from mid-June through late August. Themed weeks such as Superhero, Under the Sea, and Gymnastics Olympics include gymnastics instruction, movement games, obstacle courses, crafts, and snack and lunch time.

★giovanna IbomHad a horrible experience with my 3yr old daughter. It was her first class and the instructor came outside in less than 10min complaining how my child wasn’t doing anything. I told her to give her more time and after another 15/20min she came out outside AGAIN saying.. your daughter is just sitting there doing nothing, you can grab her or just let her sit there!! I was like, seriously? She just turned 3, it’s her first class and the instructor seems to be bother about my daughter just sitting there trying maybe to watch before joining the little group. She was actually quiet the whole time just looking at the other kids. I asked if I could come in and that’s when my daughter started doing all the routine. She was more comfortable with me there but this wasn’t something that the instructor suggested or anything. Seems to me like she is not competitive enough to be teaching small children. Btw.. first time ever leaving a comment but I was very irritated at what happened.

She has learned so much from him and has gained confidence in her effort and abilities. They truly can reach any age at any level.
