Powered by GoogleNot comfortable with my daughter having to share the lockeroom with biolgical men. This gym is to progressive for my Christian family.
The YMCA does not have the kid zone open on Saturday. It closed at 12 noon and should stay open until 5pm. Also it would be nice if they cleaned the bathrooms you can smell urine in the main lobby. The people at the desk acted like they couldn’t smell it but everyone else could. It was so bad I put on my disposable mask. The custodial needs to really clean the bathroom and do checks often. It was bout 2pm and the managerial staff needs to do better
This location is TERRIBLE for swim classes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Signed our son up for classes here and the first class was canceled. Second class went ok. Then the third class was ALSO canceled. On the fourth class they stuck our son in a higher class that he wasn’t even supposed to be in. Why, I have no idea! He couldn’t do anything that the other kids were doing and the teacher was being so rude to our son (bigger male with short curly hair) for not knowing how to do these things when he wasn’t even supposed to be in that class! A real good way to make a kid scared of water. Do not go to this location for swim classes. We should have just been refunded for that class instead of them putting him in a higher up class for who knows what reason and not even discussing it with us. Very unprofessional
I overall love the gym and the staff until today. A staff member was very rude. First staff I have ran into that was anything but amazing. I wanted mainly to bring this up as I know having a welcoming environment is crucial to a successful business. And I hope the environment won't slowly change because I truly love our gym.
This place allows for racism and they didn’t take me seriously on the old staff member who made clearly loud racial remarks, coordinator pretending to write about my concerns on a post it note. YMCA is supposed to be family friendly, but they allow for this behavior that I bring my kids to. Here they go today again, around me. Second photo is my report a few months ago with specific time bc I know they have cameras in the wellness center. But I had to post this today because they didn’t take my report seriously.
