I stopped by because I was interested in joining, but the front desk staff suggested I look at other gyms instead. No tour, no questions, and no effort to explain membership options. Not exactly the welcome I expected from a community-focused organization.

It’s rather disturbing coming from the Raleigh YMCA that this YMCA’s VP doesn’t co-sign connection & unity by allowing wellness practitioners to post their business cards for the public to utilize on a community board inside or outside this location!!! as if they don’t want to Support the little people ! 🤯 smh

My daughter attends the leadership program here and loves it! So grateful for this community based program that provides leadership and life long experiences for our teens. Special thanks to Miss Kaelan for being absolutely amazing at what she does.

The worse 1st experience with child day care that I ever Had. We we're paying $150 a week just for our child to be ignored, most times I picked my kid up He had a running nose with dry snot under it, not being attending to at all, I walked in to pick him up one time and he was literally in the teacher's face with a running nose and she pretended to act like she cared when she realized I was standing there watching the whole ordeal take place, my kid doesn't even get sick so how got he infected slight cold is beyond me bt wither way its unacceptable in my book. I would've gave them a half of star if it was possible.✌🏾

We signed our child up for basketball lessons to begin on a Monday in August. The day of the first lesson we received a notice 6 hours prior that both the day, time and location of the lesson was changing. Things happen, no big deal but more notice would have been appreciated. We show up to the different location 5 days later for the first lesson there and are told the lesson for that day was cancelled as there was painting in the gym the previous day and that the painting continued into the day of the lesson. Zero notice was given to us, we had to show up to find out. I requested to cancel the lessons altogether and to have the payment refunded. 3 weeks later, no refund and horrible communication from the "director". Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating to have to keep disappointing a child because of horrible management.
