Grandview Family YMCA runs an outdoor summer day camp on 190 wooded acres with two lakes in Millbrook, with a water park, lap pool, fishing pond, archery range, hiking trails, athletic fields and an airnasium. Days include YMCA-certified swim lessons, nature education and a daily devotional, and bus transportation is offered. Camp Grandview dates to 1924, when it opened as a YWCA girls' camp; registration opens January 1 and is limited to YMCA of Greater Montgomery members through March 31.

★★★★★Lauren PowersKids went to camp. They seemed to enjoy it. Pickup was safe and organized with hanging car tags. My in-laws are enjoying the E-GYM and steam/sauna. The kids and I love the free play basketball court time along with swimming pools. I will note that the kids loved the lake play with the zip line, blob, canoe adventures. The size of this particular YMCA is preferable. Also, nice that it is near the new 17 Springs Sports Complex.

Would make more money if they had some snacks machines and not just drinks. I wonder down the line if they are considering expanding. Just seems small for the amount of in and out traffic

I attend the morning group classes, while my youngest goes to childwatch. The instructors are so encouraging & friendly, while I am challenged to improve my health. The child watch staff are amazing & my daughter loves playing while I love to have a little “break.” Our family enjoys all the Y has to offer & we are grateful to be a part of such a wonderful establishment in our community!
