The amenities and grounds will be great once they finish all the construction going on. We had a 10:am church group to meet by the lake "patio/picnic tables" but had to meander around so many barricades (p.m. pavilion event) that it felt restrictive and not easily accessible to get to the lake area. We managed to schlep our way through but it was exhausting. There's no clear path markers with construction and an event happening at the same time. So confusing.

Fantastic rec center. Lots of programs for kids, a full staff, I drive all the way from Hanahan to get there three times per week.

Absolutely GREAT experience selling adult and children cowboy and cowgirl hats at the Goose Creek NAACP Popup Market. You can DM me on FB if you want to view my hats.

I love going to this center on Mondays and Wednesdays afternoons to play cards with active seniors! Every other Monday we go out to eat dinner and just enjoy each others company. You would love it too! We play Hand & Foot and pinnacle!

You're getting what you pay for with this community gym. The equipment is standard. There's a good variety but only one each. Finding the right time to work out can be a struggle because most of the equipment like the treadmills aren't available during certain times of the day. Machines frequently break and it takes a good minute for them to get repaired. The same goes for the weight room. The AC is touch and go. It would be nice if the tvs weren't always tuned to sports or fox news. Food network and/hgtv would be nice. The younger staff does a majority of the work. Some of the older staff might say hi or bye when you enter and exit if they're not too busy talking to one another.
