James Island Youth Soccer Club, the oldest youth soccer club in South Carolina, hosts summer soccer camps run by No. 1 Soccer Camps at its Charleston complex. The half-day camps (9am–12pm) train both goalkeepers and field players on skills for both sides of the ball. The club serves youth roughly ages 4 to 19 across its year-round programs.

★KK PortlandThe board is absent and the director is a self serving piece of art. He only cares about himself and does not deserve the title of coach. The board choose to raise the fees 3 months into the season giving ppl no choice but to pay them or remove their child mid season. As a parent you will be lied to , manipulated and driven crazy with last minute plans. The board will not answer you with any questions or concerns- so don’t bother.

Costs a lot of $ to fuel coaches egos who don’t care about the kids. *constant change and inconsistency. Prices have gone up every year for the past 4 years. They even change them mid season after you’ve already signed up. My price has almost doubled in those 4 years. Then they ask for more money for capital improvements. *Coaches come and go, usually due to leadership. *Leadership is non existent. They are more concerned about building something “big” instead of being in control of what they have. *roads and neighborhoods around the fields cannot handle anymore soccer growth *They have hired more employees and communication has decreased. *no one is overseeing the coaches which creates inconsistency. * they rather recruit talent than develop it
