The program is ok, but the viewing area is horrible, there are kids running around, there is exposed staff areas, the staff don’t even care, while I was there the door broke and staff said “deal with it” I can’t handle the amount of disgust I have for this place. We will be switching immediately

It was our daughters first day today as a “trial class” and unfortunately, we had a horrible experience after really hoping it would be a great fit. The teacher (Kylie) did not acknowledge her when she walked in. They immediately started playing music without explaining to our daughter what was going on or how to participate the correct way. Our daughter was extremely uncomfortable and scared so she came out to us in the hallway. No teacher followed her out & there were four of them. Instead, they all stood there in a circle and starred at our daughter. We immediately left and notified the front desk as to what happened & they didn’t seem to care.

Wow what a weird experience. Went here for a birthday party. While waiting to move into the area listened to a front desk attendant complain and snark at everyone. I had been looking for a place to sign up..this won't be it. Maybe check your snark before starting your work day with kids. 🙄

I can here for a seminar my son did for taekwondo. The facility is beautiful and the staff at the counter was very helpful when my son needed a bit of first aid. If I lived closer I would absolutely send my child here.
