He instructed me on the correct form and settings for me with each machine and exercise. The Aqua instructors do a great job as well. Gretchen on Monday night keeps you engaged and moving. Judy on Tuesday and Thursday is a slower pace but still keeps you going enough to get a good workout. Wendy also makes every workout challenging but fun. Great team. I have lost almost 100 lbs and I appreciate and thank this amazing group for helping and being supportive.
