I have been able to do exercises in pool that I can’t do in gym related to a bad spine injury. The pool has a side that you can walk in as if you are walking into the ocean. MLK and his family continue to give to others and help others. I am so grateful to be able to strengthen my legs, hips, knees, and back in the pool. It’s my physical therapy and it’s only $5 for the day. Thank you to all those who work here, they are always kind and courteous and helpful.
Great facility for exercise, swimming, and in my case a banquet for my family reunion. The cost to reserve their space is extremely reasonable. They have audio and video connections and tables and a kitchen to use. There's sufficient on-site parking for guests.
What amazing staff! And the pool was perfect, great light and wonderful lap lanes. Definitely don't forget a towel, soap and shampoo.
A great facility but most of it is still not open. You can reserve a swimming lane for 30 minutes and there is limited exercise equipment. Locker rooms are open and clean but no lockers available yet.
