SwemSchool runs SwemCamp, a summer day camp for youth ages 5-12 built around swim instruction and water-safety education, with campers following a summer-long theme journey across the seven continents. Full-day and half-day options run across roughly eight weeks from June into July, with before-care and after-care available. The Decatur swim school was founded in 2017 with a focus on culturally relevant swim education and drowning prevention, operating at pools including Agnes Scott College and Oakhurst.

Powered by GoogleMy child participated in the Swem School’s scholarship program via her school and o couldn’t be more grateful. It was perfect timing, as we prepare for summer I was searching for a good swim program and was lucky enough to for her to be able to participate. Over the course of six weeks she’s learned a lot of skills and the importance of water safety.
Swem School has been an amazing part of our lives since my daughters began their swimming journey in 2024 and I in April 2025. They helped me and my daughters overcome our fear of deep waters while building strong swimming skills and confidence. The coaches feel like family, and the environment is supportive and encouraging. Highly recommended!
I love SwemSchool's mission to teach youth water safety and skills. My kids had a great time learning to swim at the SwemKids Learn-to-Swim Scholarship Program and came out each lesson eager to show off their swimming skills. I love the confidence these swim lessons gave them. Their first lesson they were scared to put their head underwater and by the end they were treading and swimming underwater. I will continue to share my experience and spread the word about their programming, GREAT FOR KIDS!
My twin girls absolutely loved this experience! They taught them the safety of swimming & they learnt how to swim! By the end of their lesson they could do a lap back stroking & they could do a lap swimming forward while doing chicken airplane soldier & back stroking to breath! They had Fantastic Swim Instructors and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you SwemSchool for teaching My Girls Lauryn & Londyn how to Swim ❤️. It was a joyous experience watching them learn ❤️
We love them! Very patient with my neurodivergent child. They take the time to explain things thoroughly. Attend the Walton location and Allie and Keyarra are great. My son has been attending lessons for 3 months now and loves going every week. He knew how to swim, but is improving his skills. This is best place for beginners and intermediate swimmers. Update: They saw us in a shopping store and went out of their way to come say hi. Just as genuine outside of classes, as they are in. Top notch Young Ladies!
