Extreme Youth Sports of Lake Mary/Longwood runs a full-day summer camp for children ages 5–12, operating 7:30am–6:00pm on weekly sessions from June through August. Days mix sports like soccer, flag football and basketball with taekwondo, tumbling, hip-hop dance, group fitness, arts and crafts and academics, plus optional field trips. It also offers after-school and evening dance programs.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and felt extremely welcomed. Though my child is too young to attend a program, we wanted to see what the company was all about. I'm so glad we went because my child was smiling ear to ear when we left. Each staff member was fantastic with the kids. I highly recommend checking out their program if you have children and live in the area!
