For younger kids this has everyone beat, hands down. Coaches have way more accountability than other schools and actually try to level them up to the next class. They push the kids. Excellent school. But once you enter Swim Stars, 30 minutes is not enough time to learn. But the time they warmup with basics they get maybe 10 minutes of actual learning time. Whereas Nadadores is an entire hour. They should at least make Swim Stars (learning strokes technique) 40 minutes. It's basically kind of worthless for only 30 minutes. They barely do anything in that time and it makes the learning provess slow.

We went here for a trial as it was recommended by one of my friends, her daughter goes here. Little did we know they have an unwelcoming vibe. The coach was great. However, the staff at the reception were lazy and unhelpful. We were supposed to trial at 6:10 and got there about 12 minutes early at 5:58. The moment we came inside the door, there was an unwelcoming vibe from the lady behind the register and she didn't help us right away eventhough we mentioned we were booked for a trial. She ignored our presence and instead of talking to us, she talked to the white guy next to us and chitchat for the swimhats that they were selling with no sense of urgency eventhough it was mentioned that we have an appointment. Then another lady came to talk to us but were so condescending and seems to hate her job, another welcoming vibe. The frown on her face and didn't give us a clear instruction on what to do. It was our first time being there and she wasn't proactive in giving us directions on what to do, I had to ask her where the restroom is and what's next like how do we know it is our turn. She said we will be called by the station number. Then our appointment time came and we were still not called. Then she came to us around 2 minutes after that telling me that we were already called and they call us by our appointment time. Well lady you didn't tell me that, you said station number. After the trial I came up to the reception where she was chitchatting with the previous lady and again I had to interrupt their conversation to proactively ask for more information. She gave us a brochure and said to just check the website for more info. Like she was in a hurry for us to leave so she could go back to the chitchat. No questions whatsoever how the trial went or did we like it at all. It is not the vibe we expected as it was highly recommended by my friend and from the good reviews we see online. Another thing, there is no gender neutral or family restroom. I wasn't allowed to assist my child in the women's bathroom because he is 8 and of course I wasn't allowed to go inside men's bathroom either, so that made me uncomfortable. My son's safety always comes first. I do not recommend this school.

I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the amazing team at Evolutions. The front staff—Jayleen, Alma, and Jackie—do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly and organized. They also provide extra guidance and encouragement to help my little one progress to the next level. We’ve been here for exactly a year, and even within the first month last year, my son gained enough confidence to swim during our trip to Mexico. The training staff is phenomenal—patient, engaging, and great with all the kids, making each lesson exciting and something to look forward to week after week. I’ve observed other swim schools, and this Mission Viejo location truly stands out. It has the cleanest facility and the most positive, welcoming staff by far. I would absolutely recommend this swimming school to anyone looking for a great place for their children to learn how to swim.

Great swim school with always friendly stuff and coaches. My son is almost 5 and we start in 6 months of his age here. My favorite coach is Michael, he is the best, very patient and funny with kids and somehow he motivate them to listen and practice, I wish he can have more hours and more availability because his classes are always booked, my son is always excited to go to his class. This facility has aways great decoration and stickers and little treats for kids after the class, great coffee machine and always healthy snack’s for kids if needed. We are taking a break for the winter but will be definitely back in the spring to budget ready for summer.

Best place for kids to learn to swim in a safe and fun environment. The staff is knowledgeable and prioritize kids and good customer service. My child learned to swim in the accelerator program two years ago and we continue lessons to learn new techniques because how much she enjoys the lessons and experience.
