Empower ME is an excellent youth organization! Empower ME coaches are friendly, caring and are really fantastic teachers (shout out to Coach Andrew and the other amazing coaches at Empower ME). Staff are equally as great. I am amazed by everyone who works at Empower ME. My child enjoys sports in a way I have never seen before since participating in Empower ME training. Also, feels more confident in sports (beyond basketball) because of Empower ME. I highly recommend it.

This is an amazing club that uses a positive culture to empower children to improve and grow. Every person at this organization is a pleasure to work with and my son has had nothing but amazing things to say about his coaches and teammates. Coach Gumbs is simply amazing. Don't wait to join this amazing organization.

My 8 year old started on girls academy with EmpowerMe and has the best experience. This is 3rd basketball coaching she’s doing and it’s by far her favorite. As a mom, I love the focus on leadership as well as skills training. I wish this is the norm for sports coaching.

My son first joined EMA as a 6th grader, two weeks before the Pandemic. He was motivated but had low confidence and a lot to learn. Coach Gumbs, Coach Andrew, and Coach Matt helped him build confidence through challenging him and teaching skills. They run a tight ship with high expectations, including body language and respectful tone. My son has grown a lot, joining his high school Varsity team as a sophomore! These last two summers EMA has given him the opportunity to be a Junior Coach during camps. He is now practicing leadership with younger kids, on top of his personal basketball growth. I highly recommend EMA, for those willing to work hard and grow.

The best place for raising kids. Place where not just sport, but friendship and supportive environment. Experienced, attentive, respectful coaches give right set up for growing boys and girls. Both of my sons (11yo and 9 yo) happy to join basketball clinics or any other activities with EMA. They are tired after that but with gratitude and wish to play and be coached again and again. Coach Gumb - true leader with big heart. Highly recommended Empower Me Academy!
