Elite Music Academy is a classical music school in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia (7902 Oxford Avenue) that runs one- and two-week Instrumental Intensive summer camps and a two-week Chamber Music camp. Camp days run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and combine private lessons on the camper's own instrument with music history, theory, solfeggio and ear training, plus chamber ensemble playing where appropriate; each session ends with a performance on the final day. Camps are open to students age 10 and up on any instrument including voice, with advanced younger students admitted by audition. The academy was founded by classical artists and teachers Galina Sakhnovskaya and Mikhail Yanovitsky and serves Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties.

The level of teaching is very high, and my children have learnt so much there! They can participate in the recitals which is also a great opportunity to learn and grow. The atmosphere is very friendly and caring. Recently the Academy open the doors in the new location. It is absolutely amazing! Huge spacious classes with lots of day light, very clean and beautiful! And most importantly - there are very high quality grand pianos in all classrooms. Also there is a wonderful concert size grand piano for recitals in a huge auditorium.
