There are several coaches, 3 to 4 at anytime, working the kids thru different drills. You can tell all the coaches have extensive playing and coaching backgrounds from the way they show the drills and run the practice. My sons are having fun but also learning a ton. They are also playing games on Sundays at indoor gyms. The games are super well organized and the coaching and referees are very professional. I highly recommend them.
