Trainers: Kera and Cassie, do a wonderful job teaching classes. They bring the energy, they push you, they listen to your needs. I have seen so much improvement in myself, and the results I have gotten from their trainings. Most of all, they are always kind and positive. I appreciate their smiling and encouraging faces everyday. The El Dorado YMCA is like a big family and I am forever grateful that we have it in our community.

The facilities are complete clean and well maintained but what really adds the shine is the amazing staff, always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. April Johnson helps me with my personal training. She keeps the sessions varied and helps to push me to reach my goals. I know I'll always get a big smile the next day when I talk about how soar a muscle set is because that means I'm going the best direction to meet my goals. I can also recommend her group classes. She is excellent at keeping them challenging as well as providing modifications so every skill level and ability can benefit. If you haven't checked them out, I highly recommend you take a look at them, they have programs for all.

An open environment with a modern style, natural lighting, and helpful staff. They offer classes in a wide variety of workouts and swimming. Their app offers tracking of your progress, and online videos of various health programs. They have the Kids Zone for parents working out, or taking classes. Locker rooms available for men, women, and families. Handicap accessible in all areas, as well as parking. Highly recommended for days where weather restricts outdoor activities for the family.
