Camp Oak Tree is the summer day camp at the Edison YMCA, 1775 Oak Tree Rd, Edison, NJ, run by the nonprofit YMCA of Metuchen, Edison, Woodbridge and South Amboy. Campers spend mornings on hands-on STEM exploration including science experiments and coding, then afternoons on a traditional camp mix of swimming, creative arts and sports. Camp runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., from June 22, 2026, at $443 a week for YMCA family members or $474 otherwise, with before care 7-8 a.m. and after care 5-6:30 p.m. sold separately. Each week is themed and delivered with a partner vendor — NJ Tech Kids (formerly Code Ninjas), Challenge Island or Mad Science — and the association publishes a financial assistance programme.
