Fire Island community yacht club that runs youth sailing lessons each summer, offered either as full-summer group classes or as one-on-one private lessons, with all skill levels welcome. It is one of the few sailing programs on Fire Island. Children from neighboring Fire Island communities may enroll at a fee slightly higher than that charged to Dunewood residents. This is a lesson program rather than a full-day camp; ages and daily hours are not published.
