Powered by GoogleIt's great to see how well their cleanliness and friendliness has sustained over the years. I don't get to visit this location much since moving to the Northeast, but every time I stop in for a workout, I really appreciate the consistency.
Overall this is great place to work out, but PLEASE hire a new yoga instructor. The current yoga classes are a total joke. The instructor does not incorporate any of the traditional yoga poses or holds into the class at all. I am so disappointed in the quality of the current yoga classes. I feel that you owe it to your members to do better than this.
Wow, smells good and feels nice and cool...I'm use to going to Kinnerly Rd Location...This by far to me .Is better..No pool or track...I'm going to come back..Bring my son...
Although this gym is on the pricier end, it is completely worth it for me. They have a variety of equipment and it’s well maintained. Clean place with friendly staff and people.
Great gym! They offer a great variety of classes and the machines are very nice/well kept. They have great amenities: towels (in locker room for showering and at the desk to wipe away sweat, the facilities are cleaner than most gyms, and the coffee is decent. Very friendly/helpful staff. Location is great if you’re heading through the area and want to workout before work. My only qualm is that they would never change the filters in the water fountains and every once in a while they would run out of towels
