★★★★★Michael DI was invited here by some parents in the neighborhood to teach a few kids to play ball. Daniel’s Hill Recreation Center is great! It’s a nice center in Lynchburg, I liked it a lot. It’s better than other Recreation Centers in the area. Someone told me this is a rough area but I didn’t find it to be that way in the least!! There were kids playing on the equipment having a blast and the kids I taught were nice, friendly and seemed to be having a wonderful time. The parents were also friendly, nice and seemed to be having a great time. There were some people on the court having a game, they didn’t mind giving me space to have a lesson. They even complimented my playing ability and said they didn’t expect me to be as good as I am at the game. One of them told one of the kids I was teaching “That’s the kind of teacher you want.” Which made me smile. Nice people around here.
