My daughter loved browsing the studio’s beautiful library that Mrs. Joy has so carefully and deliberately handpicked. She has curated a collection of children’s books that proudly centers the beautiful vibrancy of Black characters, experiences, creativity and joy. Readers of all ages can find a book they love and deeply resonate with. We also really enjoyed our baby and me class where Mrs. Joy used her beautiful inviting energy to engage our youngest dancers in sing along, big flowing movements, instruments, and parachute! Her multi-sensory approach was very well received by parents and toddlers alike! I highly recommend this gem of a dance studio and look forward to future classes with Joy!
