This place is a fricken joke. They change change hours from what is promised for events. Employees tell customers different things from what management says. Their concession despite being open, doesn't start selling food until an arbitrary, unstated time, later in the day. The bathrooms are atrocious, and only have cold water in the faucets. Despite claiming to be climate controlled, they let the building run, even when asked to raise the temperatures. They also have a trailer parked in the closest handicap spot to the building.
We at Magical Memories Entertainment recently had the pleasure of providing entertainment services at the Danbury Sports Dome, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! This venue is truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and professional staff made us feel welcomed and supported. It’s always a pleasure to work with a team that values cooperation and knows how to ensure everything runs smoothly. Check them out for your next event – you won’t be disappointed!
Best place to have birthday party. A lot of activity and very large play area. Love the bouncy house. Party toor was large enough and we had much time to do the cake and pizza. All the kids love it. Looking forward to do next one there soon.
It is big enough for 5 group of people play at the same time. There is a small market to get water or snacks, along with the vending machines. The restrooms were kinda clean. There were some game consoles for racing and table soccer. There were some tables to sit while you wait and it was warm enough to play in shorts.
