The Dallas Tennis Association runs an Education Academy that pairs tennis instruction with academic support for youth from under-resourced parts of Dallas. In partnership with Dallas Parks and Recreation, its Summer National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) program provides free summer tennis camps for children ages 4 to 18, typically serving more than 450 campers at recreation sites across South, West and East Dallas. Year-round pathways run from beginner Junior Development on Quick Start courts at Kiest Tennis Center, through Junior Competitive squads training about ten hours a week, to the Nowitzki Excellence Team that travels to national and international junior events. A 24-week after-school program at ten Dallas and Irving ISD schools adds an hour of academic support and an hour of tennis each day.

Awful experience with this association. Very disorganized. Too bad USTA is part of this association.
