★★Trey ButlerMy daughter has been taking lessons here for years, and we have NEVER had any problems. I've even convinced other people to bring their kids as well. I ran across my first two issues this week and this new manager was not willing to even TRY to resolve it. I was billed incorrectly TWICE in one week for private lessons. When I called, he told the front desk to have me call the teacher and "figure it out". I spend between $400-500 a month for the last 2-3 years, and when I get a charge for $60, he doesn't have time to look into it, give me a call or just reverse it? The previous manager would never do that. This incident and this new manager, have completely changed how I look at McLeland.
