It feels like family as everyone knows each other by name, and are there for others when they need it. Upon finding the Birch I had looked at 20+ other facilities and none had a world class staff like this one, considering the prowess of the coaches and compassion of its staff. This is a place I could find myself relaxing at for the whole day, of which I have done now multiple times over. One thing to note is that this location has indoor courts, most other tennis facilities within the DFW area lack this feature. This further enables us as tennis players to keep playing during the winter months.
