Crystal Conference Center is the site of Camp Crystal, a Christian overnight camp overlooking Crystal Lake in Frankfort, with swimming, nature hikes, tennis, volleyball, basketball and campfires. Summer sessions are organized by age: an Elementary Camp in mid-June, a three-day Day Camp in late June, and Middle School and High School camps in mid-July, alongside family camps. Scholarships are available to any child or youth who needs help affording a session, funded through congregations and dedicated camp scholarship funds. The 40-acre lakefront property sleeps about 147 and also hosts retreats and conferences; counselors clear background checks and training before working with children.
