I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this child learning center! The growth I’ve seen in my son has been incredible—not just academically, but personally as well. His knowledge has expanded so much, and he’s developed stronger communication, confidence, and social skills. The staff truly care about each child’s development and create a nurturing, engaging environment that makes learning exciting. It’s clear they go above and beyond to support every child’s unique needs. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a place where their child can truly thrive!

We have had such a great experience at Creative Kids Learning Center. My son truly loves going here every day. He transferred from a private school to this center, and the growth we’ve seen in him since the transition has been amazing, he’s doing so well both academically and socially. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming. You can really tell they love what they do and treat the children like their own. This place is also very special to me personally because I graduated from this same location during my pre-K year. It feels incredibly meaningful to now be able to bring my own children here after having attended myself. We are so grateful to be part of this school community.

DO NOT trust Creative Kids on Harris Street with your children. My daughter was HIT and had her HAIR PULLED by another child, and instead of protecting her or being honest, this facility chose to lie and cover it up. I was told “no child matching that description was there,” which was a complete lie. The director also lied, claiming the teacher was present the entire time and that the children were not outside—when I personally saw them outside at drop-off. I was also informed their teacher (A) was on the computer instead it was another teacher keeping watch. Rather than taking accountability, they relied on camera footage with BLIND SPOTS and treated it as if it tells the full story. Then they tried to shift the blame onto my daughter, saying she didn’t speak up—even though she was clearly in shock. She DID tell the child to leave her alone and came to me immediately to explain what happened. Their “investigation” is a joke. The child who assaulted my daughter faced no real consequences, while I was made to feel like the problem for expecting basic safety and honesty. Let me be clear: a daycare that has blind spots, inattentive staff, and dishonest leadership is NOT a safe environment for children. I will be reporting this facility to licensing and every appropriate authority. If you care about your child’s safety, take them somewhere else.

I was looking for a place to take my 4 year old until they were able to start school. I toured many places, with Creative Kids being one of them. Ms. Penny walked me around and openly answered any and all questions that I had. I loved that the teachers were engaged with the children and were attentive to their needs during my tour. I was looking for a place that had a certain vibe, though I can’t really describe it—Creative Kids had it. I signed my child up and they started quickly. I became close with most of the staff during my child’s time there, having some friendships blossom in a professional manner. I looked forward to seeing what my child was doing during the day and seeing what they had worked on in their workbooks, art projects, and hearing about their day. We suddenly learned that we would no longer need the services that Creative Kids offer, and everything quickly went into effect. We recently said goodbye to the school, which was difficult. If I ever need daycare again, I would absolutely go back to Creative Kids. They have been fantastic the entire time we were there, and I knew that my child was in great hands while attending. To all the staff that came into contact with my child: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made such a positive impact on my child and I will always be thankful for our time there. We will miss you, and if we need you once more, we will be back! Thank you so much for everything! I want to start this review off by saying the teachers, especially Ms Krissy and Ms Amber, are great. You can tell that they really care about the children, they’re engaged, and in turn the teachers love them. The issue with this school is the assistant director, Ms Janene. My child was only here for 4 weeks and I can’t even begin to name the amount of negative experiences I had with her regarding my child. She told me that I needed to get my child tested for special needs because he is hyper, as if my child was somehow different than every other hyper child in that classroom, not counting the fact that he’s 4. The teachers would let me know that he can be hyper but like any other kid and then I’d get a phone call from Janene explaining how my child is awful, he’s terrible, how foul he is, etc. She left my child unintended at the front door and then proceeded to talk foul about my child. As long as she is here, she has no type of empathy for children and if your child doesn’t have a perfect day she immediately assumes something is wrong with your child. Not to mention that her “three strikes you’re out” rule that isn’t really advertised. And if you ask what actually constitutes it, she doesn’t really give an answer and leaves it completely to her own devices. I hope that the teachers who really work hard manage to find a better place where they can really flourish because they don’t deserve the reputation that Janene is bringing them. And clearly I am not the only one who has experienced this based on previous reviews.
