At the reception, there was a woman (I’m not sure of her name or if she was the receptionist) who was crying very loudly. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I believe this should be addressed, and I suggest reviewing the situation with your staff.

We had a fabulous experience with a recent Tennis Birthday Party. The staff is nice, friendly, very accommodating, They helped set up tables, they went out of their way to take group photos and assisted with the clean up & garbage. The new Ladies Locker rooms make it stand apart from other clubs in the area. With new lockers and dressing area lighted mirrors, make up station. They also have the best lighting on courts with automatic line calling machines for both singles and doubles that we find very helpful in competitive match play. We had a memorable night. Thank you Sam and staff!

We had a terrible experience with CourtSense Tenafly. We leave a review here is because Bogota seems to have the same management team. Our son joined mid-autumn term. Geoff, who arranged his placement into a particular class, told us that a spot was held for our son and that we could either pay weekly as a walk-on or for the rest of the term. We were under the impression that the spot would be held regardless of which option we chose. We decided to do walk-on for a few weeks. Last Friday, I received a voicemail from Leah saying: “We were just wondering because we also have a spot held for him weekly since he does the walk-ons. But we were wondering if he wanted to commit for the rest of the season. The last day of the fall is December 14th, and then we can always re-enroll him for the winter as well. So please give us a call back if you’d like to do a permanent spot, because if not, we unfortunately would have to sell the spot to another child. Please give us a call back by end of day today by 5:30 PM.” The message was left at 11:57 a.m., and I called back at 12:01 p.m. to confirm that we would commit to the rest of the term. I was told that the payment would be processed since they already had our credit card details, and that we would receive the invoice and confirmation later. Leah’s voicemail further confirmed to us that a spot was being held for our son. When no email arrived, I called again two days later, on Sunday, to make sure everything had been processed. I spoke with Matthew and explained my conversation with Leah. He said the payment hadn’t yet been processed but the spot was still available. He then completed the payment and sent me a confirmation email that same day. However, on Monday, I received a call from Geoff saying he had double-booked another child into the class, so our son would have to be removed. Instead of being apologetic, some of his direct quotes are: “We are humans. Humans make mistakes. Only computers don’t make mistakes.” “We would never have this problem if Leah didn’t call you. She called as a courtesy only, and the spot was never held for your son.” This experience was not only poorly handled but also unprofessional. Our son had been in that class for a few weeks already, but now he’s no longer able to participate because they sold his spot to another child due to their mistakes. We confirmed, paid, and acted in good faith. Legally, the contract is binding once the payment is processed, and CourtSense is expected to honor it. If they chose to cancel or breach the agreement, they should have offered remedies, not excuses.

Great facility and great coaches. My daughter has been in the court sense program for a few years and she really enjoys it. Samantha does an excellent job keeping things well organized & communicated.
