As a parent, my child’s safety and emotional well-being come first, and unfortunately, I did not feel those were being prioritized here. There was an issue involving my son that was not properly addressed or communicated to me in a timely or transparent way. That lack of accountability and communication raised serious concerns. When I attempted to get clarity and resolution, I did not feel heard or supported. What stood out the most to me was the overall handling of the situation—it felt more focused on business than on the care and well-being of the children. That is not something I can overlook when it comes to my child. Every parent deserves peace of mind when leaving their child in someone else’s care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this daycare. I strongly encourage other parents to ask detailed questions and trust their instincts. CHOOSE WISELY.
