Mr. Jeff is THE BEST instructor ever!!! I wish I could take him everywhere with us as he deserves 5 stars. This place DOES NOT celebrate diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI)!!! The young Latina female is the front is rather rude with new clients/parents. She denied me sitting with my child during their VERY FIRST session; however, she did allow a Caucasian client/parent to do so with their child! She was smug about it- even though she knew it was wrong. I informed the OWNER/Lead DeAnna and she was DISMISSIVE of my concern and experience and was passive aggressive on three separate occasions. She seems confused and/or lacks understand about DEI instead of acknowledging the concerns I have/had so we can move forward. I will NOT bring my child back here once the school year ends and I would encourage parents to go to other centers where staff is kind and appreciates us. I’d rather not spend my money here and I’d rather pay equal/more at a music school where people of color are respected.
