Forefront Arts runs its Atlanta Conservatory inside St James UMC on Peachtree Dunwoody Road, with weekly evening classes in acting, show choir, musical theater dance and mini musicals for kindergarten through 12th grade, plus 30-minute theater and dance classes for preschoolers. Classes meet once a week from September to May, and students perform in a recital at the end of each semester. MainStage Performance Company members in kindergarten through 12th grade rehearse one or two evenings a week and perform in full-scale productions, and private lessons in voice, piano, guitar, acting and dance are taught in person or online. Tuition is paid in 10 monthly installments or upfront for the year, and the Spotlight Fund offers tuition assistance for students in need.

We did two Forefront Arts camps this summer, Moana 2 with Ms. Jordan, and Spy School with Mr. Luke, and he left both feeling engaged, proud and excited to do some acting. I think this was a great experience for kids with a little stage fright. The camps are small groups and kids are supported by their teachers. He was very excited to get the award for "Best Evil Laugh" too. Also very glad they do not make you buy a bunch of things for costumes/props etc.
