Coerver Coaching Illinois runs soccer skills camps built on the Coerver method, emphasising ball mastery, individual moves, small-sided play and finishing. Half-day camps are 3 hours a day for five days (Monday-Friday) for ages 6-14 at beginner to advanced level; full-day camps are 6 hours a day for ages 8-16 at intermediate to elite level, running Monday-Thursday and ending at noon on Friday, with lunch included. Sessions are open-enrolment and run at Chicagoland venues including North Central College, the Nike Sports Complex in Naperville and Lake Forest Academy; the program is based at the Sportsplex in St. Charles.

Our son started participating in Coerver Center for Excellence last year to because the TCSA made a last minute decision to take 2 months off from training which left us scrambling for alternatives. The Coerver program is well designed to keep the kids enthusiastic and motivated to improve. The coaches are very good. The player talent Coerver attracts ensures very competitive training sessions. Because of our positive experience we also enrolled our son in Coerver's Benedictine residential camp last Summer which took the whole program up a notch. We will do that again. Our son is now in a great club this year (CSA) which has the best training we have experienced but we have still decided to continue with Coerver's because it exposes him to additional coaches and competition with talented players from other clubs. We are excited to be going to the UK with a Coerver team this coming Summer so our son can compete against club teams in England and to see some of the great professional teams while we are there. Our family recommends Coerver.
