My child was repeatedly pushed to the ground by another child for 15 minutes while the coach did nothing and continued talking with another coach. When I could no longer stand by, I told the other child that hitting is never acceptable and that their behavior was bullying—only to be reprimanded by another coach for intervening “the wrong way.” This is completely unacceptable. Children should never be left unsupervised. I demand an immediate investigation, an explanation for this lack of supervision, and concrete steps to ensure it never happens again. I will not stand by while my child—or any child—is assaulted. Because of this experience, I will never allow my child to participate in Chicago Rush, and I cannot recommend this program to any parent who values their child’s safety.

We have had a daughter part of Chicago Rush North since fourth grade. She has made some of her closet friends and has a place she feels she belongs. The focus on player development has taught her so much and she has grown endlessly as a player. The coaches care about the players and it is obvious in the time they take with each player and the individual coaching. I could not recommend more.
