I greatly appreciate the customer service and acknowledgement, thus amending this review from 2 stars to 4 stars. It’s mostly safe and supervised. They really don’t keep track of who signed up for which camp; I signed my son up for the Lego camp and upon arrival, the guy said that there was no Lego camp, and said “this is Roblox camp” and my husband and son went in (I was not there). I checked my email and confirmed that yes, he is signed up for Lego camp this week. I called, left a voicemail, and no call back. Today, my husband showed the email confirming Lego camp to the same guy and he said “oh ya, that’s in the back”. My son was already accustomed to the Roblox group, so they let him stay there for the rest of the week. So, it all worked out, the guy apologized (which means a lot in today’s day and age!) I was just concerned that they weren’t checking a roster and confirming which kids were there or if they were in the right place, and he understood my concern.

Due to having car issues we had to take a break and the Code Ninja team kept Aiden's spot until he could come back and he is loving it. He also loves their Summer Camps. I recommend it to all his friend's parents. I also love how they have nights where parents can drop off and go on a date night too or just let them attend an event like Mario Kart Night. Just an amazing place all around and great team of staff.
