That said, the leadership raises significant concerns. The director’s interactions with both staff and parents can come across as unprofessional and, at times, discourteous. There appears to be a lack of effective communication, empathy , support, and overall leadership presence. Additionally, there are ongoing concerns regarding staffing levels and how enrollment is managed in relation to available space and resources. Maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios and a well-supported environment is essential for both safety and quality of care. A daycare should foster a respectful, structured, and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff. With stronger leadership and improved communication, this center has the potential to be much better

The new director, Ms. Jasmine, is warm and engaged with the kids, professional, and keeps the center very organized. All the teachers we have care deeply about the kids and create a fun and safe environment where they can learn and grow. Our kids look forward to school and love their teachers. We appreciate the flexibility the center provides (allowing for part-time schedules and adjusting throughout the summer months), and that we can get regular updates/see them on camera. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.
