We absolutely love Childtime Southfield. Our daughter started here when she was about 9 months old and she’s now approaching four, and we’ll be continuing into their Pre-K program. Choosing this daycare was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. We toured a few different centers, but the moment we walked into Childtime we just knew it was the right place for our family. From day one, her teachers have loved and cared for her like she was their own. The environment is always welcoming, positive, and supportive. One of the things we really appreciate is that they have cameras in the classrooms, so you can check in and see how your little one is doing throughout the day. The teachers are also excellent about updating the app with photos and notes, which makes you feel really connected even while you’re at work. Of course kids will be kids, so there have been a few normal situations over the years, but anytime we’ve raised a question or concern, the staff and director have addressed it quickly and professionally. Overall, it has been such a wonderful experience for our family. We’re honestly a little sad that our time there is coming to a close. If they had an elementary school attached, we’d absolutely keep our daughter there! Highly recommend!

My daughter is almost 2 this year and has been going to this location since just 3 1/2 months old. Despite me being obviously terrified as a first time, mom, her teachers and staff made me feel absolutely comfortable, and I was confident that she was in the best care possible. From newborn to toddlers her transition was smooth and effortless, all of the teachers are great with communicating when it comes to her needs or my concerns. They even have a portal once you’re enrolled so that you can get Updates throughout their day! It’s a great learning center and I am overjoyed with my experience with them. And let’s not forget to mention the office admin manager is AMAZING! Great communication, very accommodating! Couldn’t choose a better school for my little kiddo
