Over all they are an amazing place for early education. I wish I had found this place sooner! Their stystem did log me out of their app and their staff directing me to customer support to help further my needs was great. There was some questionable late charges after I had checked my kid out well before closing. I noticed that the system was checking out my kid before I came to check my kid out. That happened a few times. Other than that 8/10. The staff are amazing and open to helping work with the kids one on one with team building and everyday activities.

I can’t say enough good things about Childtime.The staff is incredibly attentive and truly cares about the children. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in an environment where they’re closely watched, supported, and treated with kindness every day. I also want to highlight how impressed I am with their food program. The menu is excellent, with thoughtful, healthy, and well-balanced meal options—far better than what you usually see at daycares. Huge shout-out to the cook, Dawn, for doing such an amazing job! You can tell a lot of care goes into the meals, and it really makes a difference. Overall, Childtime in Evanston has been a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful for the dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend!
